Wir möchten, dass du auch nach dem Kauf mit uns zufrieden bist.

Dein Bike wird daher vor Auslieferung von unserem ausliefernden Partnerhändler noch einmal grundlegend durchgecheckt und fahrfertig aufgebaut. Der Aufwand hierfür beträgt je nach Bike zwischen 40 und 60 Minuten. Anschließend wird es noch einer kurzen Probefahrt unterzogen.

Um es per Spedition bis zu deiner Haustüre zu senden, muss es so weit demontiert werden, dass wir es gut in einen gesicherten Karton bekommen.

Im Detail heißt das dass wir den Lenker quer stellen und die Pedale (sofern vorhanden) abmontieren. In manchen Fällen ist es notwendig, dass wir das Vorderrad ausbauen. Dies bekommst du mit 2 Handgriffen aber locker selbst wieder eingesetzt. Wir können dir gerne ein Video dazu zur Verfügung stellen.

Nach Erhalt musst du also lediglich den Lenker wieder gerade stellen und die Schrauben festziehen.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Beim Anschrauben der Pedale bitte darauf achten, dass sich im linken Pedal ein Rechts- und im rechten Pedal ein Linksgewinde befindet.
